One of my favorite places to entertain is at universities. Students always have some of the best reactions to mind reading. A few months back, I entertained at Mid-America Christian University’s spring banquet with a mind-blowing mentalism show.
Their banquet theme was “A Spring Banquet of Epic Proportions”. They were looking for something different than what they had had in years past (bands, singers, hypnotists) and decided a mentalist would be the perfect fit.
In one of my routines, I ask four people to draw a picture of something they would like to own. Then as an audience, we attempt to match the picture to the artist. The artists drew some very interesting pictures.
