The convention was held at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel and included over 200 students from New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. The Key Club is an international, student-led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

The evening included an award ceremony, a talent show, and various speakers that reflected on how the Key Club gives back to their communities. I was invited to end the evening with my 45 minute mentalism show. My show makes the audience the star by having them participate in the routines. For example, people join me on stage to play a game of rock, paper, scissors, and together we solve a fictitious crime. At the end, the students showed their appreciation by giving me a standing ovation.
